PINK SKY
- 60 ML Six Brothers Mahura
- 60 ML Fresh Watermelon Juice
- 10 ML Peach Syrup
- Squeeze Of Lime
- Tonic Water
- Two Basil Leaves
- Garnish: Basil Sprig, Watermelon Slice
- STEP 1: Slide a thin watermelon slice against the wall of the glass
- STEP 2: Fill 3/4 the glass with ice
- STEP 3: Squeeze lime and drop it in
- STEP 4: Add 30ML Six Brothers Mahura, peach syrup, and tonic to fill 2/3 glass
- STEP 5: Stir to mix well
- STEP 6: In a shaker, add watermelon juice & 30ml Six Brothers Mahura
- STEP 7: Tear basil leaves and drop in
- STEP 8: Fill shaker with ice & shake
- STEP 9: Strain the drink through a fine strainer and slide it over the ice in the glass so it floats over the tonic
- STEP 10: Garnish
*If the watermelon juice is not sweet enough, please add 1 teaspoon powdered sugar to it.
